Steward Hospice Care is committed to providing care for wherever people and their families experiencing life-limiting illnesses reside including their homes, in-patient care facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and residential care facilities. We are committed to helping patients enjoy their quality of life each day as comfortable as possible. We also make sure to listen to the wants and needs for out patients and their families, in order to accomplish this goal. We ensure that our inter-disciplinary team (IDT) of physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, therapists, trained volunteers, and other specialized caregivers will support you every step of the way. We believe that patients have the right of self-determination, have autonomy, and always have the right to choose. We believe we have an obligation to provide the highest quality of care and service for those we serve.

Our Team
Our Team is committed to providing all types of Hospice services for unique and individual circumstances that families in California might need. Each patient is cared for by an Interdisciplinary Hospice Team (IDT) comprised of experts who are trained, certified and/or licensed as Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Counselors, and other health related fields, and are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This team designs a "Plan of Care" for each patient and implements it in conjunction with the patient, their families, and/or caregivers.
Our staff is multilingual. We are proficient in English, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Tagalog and have are trained in social and cultural awareness.
